Please read before entering the tunnel. If you have any concerns at all, stop and ask an attendant first — we're happy to check.

Any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is being washed or vacuumed, including but not limited to:

We’re not responsible for…

  • Antennas
  • Windshield wiper blades & rear window wipers
  • Automated windshield wiper systems
  • Windshield stress or pebble cracks
  • Exterior side rear-view mirrors
  • Loose trim, moldings, or fender flares
  • Roof luggage racks
  • Spare wheel / tire covers
  • Running boards
  • Convertible tops
  • Hood ornaments
  • Trailer hitch caps
  • Magnetic signs
  • Vehicles over 7 years old, or 100,000 miles
  • Any non-factory installed items
  • Aftermarket accessories (bug shields, sun visors, spoilers)
  • Any damage related to pre-existing conditions (scratches, dents, discoloration, rust, peeling paint, tears, etc.)

Repair Policy

Should your vehicle suffer damage directly caused by our equipment…

…while your vehicle is being washed — so long as the damage does not involve a prior condition and is not caused by another customer’s actions — we will provide you with a reputable auto body shop to have an estimate prepared for the repair of your damage. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, The Flow reserves the right to reimburse you for the reasonable costs of your repairs.
