Mild soaps and gentle soft closed-foam brushes clean the outside of your vehicle. A drying agent, spot-free rinse and dryers leave the car mostly dry. The automatic wash takes under five minutes, and free self-serve vacuums are available after the tunnel.

Yes. You stay in your vehicle for the entire trip through the tunnel.

No. The drying agent and dryers are designed to leave the vehicle mostly dry. Drying towels and other car-care products are available in the vending machine, or you may bring your own towel.

You can pull into the free vacuum area to give the vehicle more attention. Any remaining water drops are intended to dry spot-free.

The Flow is an express exterior car wash, so the team does not provide interior cleaning. Team members can assist elderly or disabled customers with vacuuming; ask an attendant for help.

Free self-service stalls have high-power vacuums. The stalls furthest from the building are 10 feet extra-wide for larger vehicles.

Yes. The Flow accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Yes. Tell the attendant at the pay station that you want the touchless wash. The equipment is retracted for your vehicle before it enters the tunnel.

Yes, but the wrap brushes will be retracted so the equipment does not tangle on the hitch. As a result, the rear of the vehicle will not be cleaned as thoroughly as the rest of the car.

Removing trailer hitches is recommended. If you keep the hitch attached, use the prep-area brush on the rear of the vehicle before entering the wash.

The Flow can wash most passenger vehicles. If you have any concerns, ask an attendant to check your vehicle before its first wash.

Usually. For safety, open pickup beds must be emptied of loose items before entering the wash.

The Flow may be unable to accept trucks with dual rear tires, large mirrors that cannot fold in, or certain off-road or oversized tires. Ask an attendant to check a modified vehicle before washing.

Yes. The driver is responsible for making sure the roof is properly latched in the closed position before entering the wash.

Yes, after the paint has properly cured. Ask the body shop for the recommended curing time; for most vehicles it is 30 days or more.

Paint on a brand-new vehicle from the manufacturer should be fully cured before delivery. The Flow uses mild cleaners and closed-foam washing media on properly cured paint.

Yes. The Flow does not use the acids or damaging plastic or carbon tire brushes associated with staining or scratching alloy wheels.

A windshield already in poor condition can worsen as temperatures change during a wash. Replace damaged windshields promptly, and ask an attendant before washing if you are concerned about a crack or chip.

Remove an aftermarket phone or CB antenna before entering the wash. An attendant can help you remove it.

The Flow cannot guarantee the safety of an aftermarket add-on, especially one made from plastic. Most drivers have no problem, but damaged shields can break and stress cracks near screws may be difficult to see.

Lexan is more durable than plastic and is the recommended material for a bug shield.

Yes. All cleaning agents used at The Flow are fully biodegradable and safe for the vehicle and the environment.

A driveway wash can use more than 100 gallons of water. The Flow uses less than 16 gallons, and its express wash uses 15 gallons per vehicle.

V-traps beneath the belt capture grease, oils and heavy particles before wastewater enters the sanitary sewer. Water-efficient high-pressure nozzles and pumps also reduce freshwater use.
